Introduction and Acceptance

Deposits and Payments

Mobile wallets are also supported where available. No foreign currency conversion is applied to your account balance.

Deposits are credited to your account once the payment is confirmed through the relevant payment processor. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically near-instant, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• Minimum deposit amounts are shown at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your p999 com account except where required under applicable consumer protection obligations.
• p999 com reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large or unusual deposits.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your p999 com account are processed back to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes shown on the Withdrawal page.

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals are only available to the registered account holder. Requests to send funds to a third party will not be processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown in your account withdrawal section. VIP tier affects your available limits — higher tiers receive increased limits.
• Any active bonus funds in your account must meet their wagering requirement before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• p999 com reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• Withdrawals processed via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically completed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.

If a withdrawal request is declined, you will be notified with a reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, unmet wagering requirements or suspected irregular activity. You may resubmit once the relevant issue is resolved.

Bonuses and Promotions

p999 com offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to players. The specific terms of each promotion — including the bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirements and expiry date — are set out in the individual promotion details at the time the offer is made.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.

• VIP tier benefits include higher cashback percentages, increased withdrawal limits, faster processing and priority support access.
• Tier status is reviewed on a regular basis. Failure to maintain the minimum activity level for your current tier may result in a tier downgrade.
• VIP benefits apply to real-money play only and are not earned on bonus-funded wagers.

Fair Play and Prohibited Activity
